Hello!If you're interested in testing out this upcoming update head on over to the Preview branch! You can gain access by right clicking on Unturned in your Steam library, selecting properties, navigating to the Betas tab and entering the secret passcode "OPERATIONMAPLELEAF".


  • Added rocket launcher. [ID 519]
  • Added rocket. [ID 520]
  • Added new asset system to improve performance on OSX/Linux.
  • Added 3x barricade/structure damage multiplier in singleplayer.
  • Added quality tiers to Steam inventory.


  • Improved powerful explosions to blow up vehicles rather than causing fire.
  • Improved grenades to have configureable damage.
  • Improved workshop header image.
  • Improved asset search performance.


  • Tweaked all non-explosive damage against barricades/structures much lower.
  • Tweaked explosive damage against barricades/structures much higher.
  • Tweaked arrow damage against non-organic targets to 0.
  • Tweaked loading localization to be kept in the localization folder.


  • Fixed fire/smoke not re-enabling after leaving water.
  • Fixed hitmarker showing with weapons that do 0 damage to that.
  • Fixed gun hitmarker on dead vehicle.
Existing assets can still be replaced if put in the same spot as they were previously.Thanks for reading!
